sprinnnng

the weather is finally beginning to change here. 2 weeks of good weather followed by 2 weeks of stormy weather followed by every other day being different. Yesterday I went out in sandals and NO coat!!! Today I need a coat and maybe an umbrella. Sometimes pictures say it better, so here we go...Spring break!


I have started cooking even more and even more wheat-free things. Found a good recipe for a crust, and with my four grain wheat free flour made some crust. These little guys were made with the left over crust  dough.

watch out orangette, smitten kitchen, all those other blogs that we read all the time. Quiche with beaufort (cheese) and italian ham. Yum, but a little salty.

the finished product. Thumbprint cookies with: chocolate, nutella, fig jelly and currant jelly. so easy to just pop in your mouth.
